Logivox Software, Inc. has signed a strategic agreement with BonaVenture Software, Inc. to market the company's E-lert! telephone-based email retrieval software worldwide.

Raleigh, NC November 10, 1998:

Logivox Software, Inc. announced today a comprehensive marketing and sales agreement with BonaVenture Software, Inc. Under the conditions of this partnership Logivox will have the exclusive rights to coordinate OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) distribution of the E-lert! Small Office/Home Office software programs throughout the Far East and Australia. In addition, Logivox has a non-exclusive worldwide marketing agreement which gives partnership status in developing and expanding the E-lert! user base.

The E-lert! software is a new MS Windows product which allows retrieval, forwarding, paging, faxing or responding to a users email and voice mail messages from any touch-tone telephone, anywhere in the world. To use the E-lert! software, a user calls into his home PC running E-lert! and may choose to have any or all messages read to him using the very latest in text-to-speech technology. In addition, the user may elect to have messages forwarded to his pager or a fax machine, or even schedule the system to call a mobile phone with important email and voice mail messages.

E-lert! provides significantly advanced capabilities to mobile professionals.

Logivox projects increasing volumes of E-lert! OEM sales as a result of bundling with communications equipment, computer systems, and computer peripheral manufacturers.
